Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) – Online Foundational Training (2 days, English)
Trainer: Esther van der Sande – Accredited Trainer, Center for Trauma & Embodiment (Boston, USA)
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is a unique, evidence-based intervention developed at the Trauma Center in Boston. It is the only yoga program recognized as an evidence-based treatment for trauma by SAMHSA/NREPP.
